Loughborough's getting a Burger King!!!

 An exciting development is occurring on the culinary Scene in Loughborough. Loughborough is getting a Burger King! The Pizza Hut restaurant at the Willowbrook Retail Park off Derby Road closed last September. A couple of weeks ago, I visited the Willowbrook Retail Park. I had previously observed that since closure the Pizza Hut place had been undergoing some sort of renovation. But for the first time, I discovered that Loughborough was actually getting a Burger King. The idea of a Burger King opening in Loughborough is not a new one. Way back in 1994 Charnwood Borough Council tried to strike a deal with the fast-food chain to build a restaurant with a drive-thru next to the hospital, along with a _, and in February 2017 Burger King franchisee Millcliffe Ltd began advertising for jobs in a new branch in the town centre, likely on Market Street. More pictures of streets in Loughborough to share today - except they were taken after dark. In the winter, of course, the days get sorter, which brings its own opportunities and challenges. The dark is an interesting thing that I seldom get to explore at other times of the year, but it's quite difficult to take good pictures because the exposure of my camera i increased, which means that not only does it take considerably longer to take photographs but also any movement of my hand is visible in the resulting shot, therefore making the shot blurred, which means that it can take several attempts to get a good photograph.
