Trains on trucks - December 2020

 Sometimes, for one reason or another, trains have to leave the rails and hitch a ride on the back of a truck. These two photos were taken at the Ashby Road/Epinal Way roundabout on the 22nd of December 2020.

The train is a Class 769 tri-mode multiple unit, which has been converted from the Class 319. They are being converted at Brush Traction, and this unit is destined for the Great Western Railway, as indicated by its dark green livery.
